1. Purpose and acceptance

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to, browsing of, and use of the website [www.yourdomain.com] (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the purchase of products offered through it.

Placing an order through the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not place any order.

3. Products and prices

All products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible, including images, features, and price. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices do not include, unless otherwise stated, shipping costs, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international shipments (see section 6). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although already confirmed orders will not be affected by such modification. In the event of an evident pricing error, the seller may cancel the order, informing the customer and proceeding to fully refund the amounts paid.

4. Purchase process

Selection of the product and addition to the cart. Review of the order and entry of shipping and billing details. Selection of the payment method. Confirmation of the order, which will generate a confirmation email to the customer. The contract is deemed perfected at the moment the customer receives the order confirmation by email.

The customer declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

5. Payment methods

Payment may be made using the methods enabled on the Website (credit/debit card and other payment gateways offered through Shopify). All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways; the seller does not store full payment card details.

6. International shipping, timeframes, and customs duties

Products are shipped from our supplier/warehouse, and the shipment's origin may be outside the European Union. Estimated delivery times will be indicated on the Website or in the order confirmation email, and may vary depending on the destination. Shipments outside the European Union, or originating from outside the EU: the recipient may be required to pay import duties, local VAT, or other customs taxes and fees upon delivery. These amounts are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. 7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, if the customer qualifies as a consumer and resides in the EU, they have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without needing to provide justification.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate it unequivocally to the contact email indicated in these Terms. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the Returns Policy.

Products that are personalized, or sealed items not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection once their seal has been broken, are excluded from the right of withdrawal, along with any other cases provided for by law.

8. Legal warranties

The products sold carry the legal warranties provided for under applicable consumer protection regulations regarding products with defects of conformity. Should any anomaly be detected, the customer must contact us via the email indicated.

9. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for:

Delays or issues arising from force majeure, or from unrelated third parties (carriers, customs, suppliers). Improper use of the product by the customer. Errors in the shipping details provided by the customer.

10. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos, designs, brand) is the property of the owner or is used under the corresponding license, and its total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data provided during the purchase process is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute, and without prejudice to the rights afforded to the consumer under the consumer protection regulations of their country of residence within the EU (which may entitle them to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile), the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless applicable law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis.

The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The terms applicable to each order will be those in force at the time it is placed.
